Q:  What is my vanity top made of?
A:  Your vanity top starts out as a gel-coated mold filled with combined elements of polyester resin. Pulverized limestone, catalyst (hardener) and pigments are added to give it the strength and desired color. Handmade or machine veining is done to produce the marbelized effect. Each piece is then ground and polished to get the finished product that ends up in your home.

Q:  What products may I use to clean my vanity top?
A:  Cultured marble should be cleaned with glass cleaner, Fantastic, or foaming cleanser -- NO ABRASIVES. Every couple of months you can give your tops a light coat of turtle wax or any car polish that does not have compounds in it.

A:  Most Jacuzzi® and Kohler brand soaker tubs or jetted tubs are made from acrylic with a reinforced backing of resin and fiberglass strands for strength. The corners and edges have fiberboard blocks for added strength. Other brands use either acrylic or gel-coat/fiberglass combination.

Q:  How long after the repair is completed can I use cleaning products on the repaired area?
A:  We only ask that you wait 24 hours before using cleaning products on repaired areas. Take note that abrasive cleaners should not be used to clean any part of your bath tub, shower stall or cultured marble product. Staining is usually due to minerals or chemicals in your water. If stains appear, it is recommended you have your water tested.
